I had the best 2 hour massage tonight! She took the best care of me. As a mobile DJ who runs gigs every weekend, my back is constantly tight. The amount of pressure and attention to detail has me feeling like jello.

I booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage and it was awesome. I will be booking a 2 hour massage next time. Ive had other massages in the past but this by far has given me a lot of tension relief . The facility is clean and the therapist are professional. I feel like my muscle have done a reset.

I scheduled my appointment online through “August” and made sure the website said they accepted credit cards before booking. When I arrived, I was greeted by Cici (or maybe Trici?). I told her my name and that I had a 2-hour deep tissue massage scheduled, but she seemed confused—as if she didn’t know I was coming or didn’t quite understand what I said. She told me, “You pay now. You have cash?” I said no, I’d be paying with a card since their website clearly said they accept cards. She said again, “You pay cash,” and eventually charged my card $163 (massage price plus a $3 card fee). Not a big deal. I even added a $37 tip to make it an even $200—25% tip for a service I hadn’t received yet, but I was trying to be nice.
During the massage, she mentioned several times how hard she worked, that 2 hours was too long, and how much her hands hurt. I told her I’d do just one hour next time. The massage itself was actually very good—that’s the only reason this isn’t a 1-star review.
When it was over, she asked me to tip another $20. She even brought me the receipt and pointed at it. I showed her where I’d already tipped $37 and told her that was more than fair. She didn’t seem happy, and honestly, neither was I at that point.
Bottom line: great massage, but very unprofessional and awkward experience. I really wanted to like this place, but I won’t be back.
